As a small handmade shop, I pack and ship each and every order to ensure durability and safe travels to your home. All orders are securely packaged with three layers of protection to ensure safe arrival to your home.

I currently do not accept returns and exchanges, but please contact me if you encounter any problems with your order.

All orders are packaged by hand to ensure safe delivery to your home. Jewelry from your order are placed in a freebie gift drawstring pouch and jewelry gift box. They are then placed in a secure heavyweight box, padded, and secured in a poly-mailer for shipping

Jewelry can last for years when properly cared for. Please use included jewelry cloth to wipe down your jewelry after wear and store in air-tight box to prevent tarnish and moisture erosion. Avoid exposing your jewelry to water or chemicals.

Included with every order is a jewelry gift box, cleaning cloth, and jewelry drawstring pouch. Please use at your discretion.

Please be gentle when wearing and removing your jewelry such as bracelets, earrings, and necklaces.

Aulychei Creations jewelry and accessories are artisan handmade. Each piece, unless specified, is not made for small children. Please wear with care and be cautious of small choking hazards.

Aulychei jewelry is made of regular and hypoallergenic gold/silver plated findings and earrings. 925 Sterling Silver and 14/18/24K Gold/Silver Plated materials are used alongside select glass, frosted, crystal, gemstone beads, freshwater cultured pearl, ceramic, enamel, resin, and more.

While I strive to provide jewelry and accessories made with tarnish-resistant materials - factors such as humidity, exposure to chemicals, and overall care can extend or deteriorate wear life of jewelry. Please check "What are your Jewelry Care and Safety tips?" in faq for best practices.

Acceptance of custom orders depends on supply availability. Please contact me for more information if you'd like to customize your jewelry.

If you'd like to order an out-of-stock design, please contact me. I create all of my designs with a select array of beads and findings for a unique one-of-a-kind offering. Most, if not all of my designs are limited stock (only one) creations.
